Teacher’s

Teacher or Master Teacher Permit. Minimum 24 units in ECE with 3 units in infant development and 3 units in adult supervision and 2 years preschool teaching experience; familiar with Iters, Ekers and Desire Results.

Bookkeeper

Minimum 3 years of bookkeeping experience; familiar with the computer, word, and excel; have the ability to type 30 words per minute. Some knowledge of NOA’s and Cal works would be helpful.

Bus drivers

Minimum 5 years driving experience and a Class B youth endosement license; for the van driver a Minimum of 10 years driving experience with a Class C license.

Cooks

1 years experience cooking in a large setting; need to be a team player, enjoy working in a child friendly setting, patient, c1 year experience cooking in a large group setting; (50-75) people, cleaning and paper work required.

Food Coordinator

Familiar with the CACFP and USDA guidelines. 3 years’ experience cooking in a large group setting; (50-75) people, The food program coordinator is also in charge of planning the menus for the children and expected to provide a variety of tasty, nutritious meals. Calculations are needed to modify the amounts of ingredients in some recipes.

House Keepers

Experience in cleaning commercial buildings; responsible for cleaning and maintaining the public spaces within a building. The primary task is cleaning class rooms, and scrubbing bathrooms, ensuring that each room is tidy and sanitary.

Human Resources

Experience in recruiting, hiring, training, know how to develop retention strategies for skilled workers be well organize and must co-ordinate with all the departments, including the management and marketing department in a child friendly setting.

Maintenance Person

6 years carpentry experience; A Professional who enjoys working with their hands, as well as constructing and repairing toys, and building items.

Nurturing Host

Need good communication skills, ability to problem solve, 5 years Minimum in customer service, very nurturing with children, team player, enjoy working in a child friendly setting, patient, caring and all about family and kids.

Secretary

Experience in phone etiquette, Word, and Excel need to be able to multiple task efficiently. Have great written ,verbal, and organizational skills, know how to type and use a computer well.

Teacher’s Aide

Minimum of 15 ECE units working toward completing 24 ECE units; 1 year preschool teaching experience duties could include decorating bulletin boards, cleaning the classroom, and organizing materials and books, need be energetic and available to work at several locations.

Volunteers

Web Blogger/Web Designer

Writers or developers who love the Internet and can produce a daily synopsis of the key issues and real-time developments affecting families and children. Monitor newscasts, social media trends and other sources for site content. Must be able to work at a computer for extended periods of time. Experience with Photoshop and digital video editing is preferred. Understand the social media universe (Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram etc.) Knowledge of word press, and search engine optimization.
